2.1 Contact form and travel enquiry
Data: name, email address, destination of interest and optional message.
Purpose: manage the user's enquiry and contact them for personalised trip planning.
Legal basis: pre-contractual execution (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention: until the enquiry is resolved or, if a contractual relationship exists, for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations.
2.2 Video call booking (Calendly)
When using the Calendly widget to book a video call, the data provided is processed under Calendly's privacy policy. Viajandro only accesses the name, email and date/time of the appointment.
Purpose: manage the free consultation appointment.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
2.3 Cookies and visit analysis
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. More information in the Cookie Policy.

3. Data disclosure to third parties
Data is not transferred to third parties, except:
- Calendly Inc.: for video call management (data processor).
- Google LLC: for web visit analysis (only with prior consent).
- Legal obligation: when required by current regulations.
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. International transfers
Calendly Inc. and Google LLC are located in the United States. Transfers are made under the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
